Terms & Conditions
Hereís how the program works once your card has been activated at our restaurant:

  • Receive one point for every dollar you spend at Palm Palace location.
  • There is no limit to the points you can earn but you must present your card when you pay.
  • By presenting your reward card, your points will accumulate as your purchases reach a certain amount set by Palm Palace.
  • You may redeem your points towards current rewards at our Palm Palace location. Rewards are not redeemed until you want to use them.
  • The Rewards vary based on how many points youíve earned.
  • Points are not rewarded on Tax & Gratuity.
  • If your account is inactive for 12 consecutive months, your points and rewards will expire.
  • Rewards cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Rewards may only be used towards food and beverages.
  • No purchase necessary to become a loyalty Member, but it is required to earn rewards.
  • By enrolling in the loyalty Club Card program, members are granting Palm Palace Restaurants permission to contact them with periodic updates, promotions or announcements.
  • Members may not combine purchases with other card members.
  • Palm Palace Restaurant reserves the right to cancel or change this program at any time.
  • Palm Palace Restaurant reserves the right to refuse to award program benefits to anyone who has wrongfully earned points through deception, forgery or other abuses of the program.
  • Valid ID may be requested.
  • Lost or Stolen Cards. In the event of loss or theft of your Loyalty Card, it is your responsibility to advise Palm Palace Restaurant as soon as possible. Palm Palace Restaurant accepts no responsibility for any unauthorized use of the card. Palm Palace Restaurant will make reasonable efforts to void the card and reduce the memberís exposure to further loss of points but accepts no responsibility for same. Furthermore, Palm Palace Restaurant will not make any restoration of points in the event of a lost or stolen card. The Customer Loyalty Card is a bearer card and, as such, the cardholder should treat the Customer Loyalty Card with the same protection and safety measures as if it were cash.
